By Melanie C has announced plans to release a new album later this year.
The singer will release Stages as her sixth solo studio album this September.
According to an official announcement on her website, the record "features a collection of songs from the theatre that have been important to Melanie at various stages of her life".
Melanie C has worked with longtime collaborator Peter-John Vettese on the project, with a final tracklisting yet to be confirmed.
Stages serves as the follow-up to 2011's The Sea.
Meanwhile, Melanie C is expected to attend the press conference for Spice Girls musical Viva Forever tomorrow (June 26), along with fellow members Emma Bunton, Melanie B, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham.
