#Thermax recently conducted its annual Bhathena camp for the children of its employees during their vacation. Named after the founder, A. S. Bhathena, this year, the participants explored Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary, located in Satara, Maharashtra. For the age group of 10 to 12 years, this two-night, three-day adventure, organised by Foliage Outdoors, was an action-packed event. The camp started with a nature trail, during which the children were oriented on safety equipment and its proper use.   Following this were thrilling activities such as multi-vine, double trouble, commando net, rifle shooting, kayaking, and a range of indoor and outdoor games. Thermax partnered with a major recycled paper manufacturer in the Middle East to reduce the environmental impact of its processes. The 35 TPH waste wood-fired steam boiler helps the customer address the challenge of the increasing amount of waste wood in the region. This installation is unique as it utilises waste to generate energy for the customer's process heating needs.
