In its bilingual status, it is directed above all to the English-speaking inhabitants of that "other" Fri�l which has grown up outside the homeland and which is finding it increasingly difficult to keep the Friulan language alive while recognizing at the same time the importance of ensuring their ethno-cultural traditions as an indispensable element of identity...
