First Meeting of States Parties
No Cluster Munitions: From Vision to Action
Pursuant to
resolution 64/36 of the General Assembly of the United Nations and in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Secretary-General of the United Nations convened the First Meeting of States Parties (1MSP) in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic, from 9 to 12 November 2010. A
