2021 census results

Jersey's latest census took place on Sunday 21 March 2021. The total resident population of Jersey was 103,267. This figure:

  • includes 2,205 residents of Jersey who were absent from the Island on Census Day
  • excludes 480 short-term visitors to the Island who were present on Census Day

Census bulletins

The 2021 census results are being published through a series of bulletins. These bullletins can each be downloaded from this page with the topics covered in each bulletin summarised below.
